THE STUDIOS COURTYARD
Anadaz Mayakoboa’s Studios Courtyard is an outdoor space ideal for smaller, private weddings and events. Surrounded by the property’s five studios, the courtyard has the capacity for up to 80 guests seated in banquet rounds of 10 or ceremonies for up to 100 guests.
LAGOON POOL and BEACH POOL
The most popular venues for weddings and events are next to the resort’s beach and lagoon pools. The lagoon pool area can host up to 200 guests in banquet set-up with a dance floor and 400 guests for cocktails. The Beach Pool can comfortably host 80 guests for a banquet in front of the resort’s lively beachfront restaurant OllaCeviche.
El Pueblito is a charming wedding venue in the heart of Mayakoba. Centerpiece of El Pueblito, just like any other village square in Mexico, is the chapel, ‘Capilla de la Santa Cruz’ which can be reserved for Catholic wedding ceremonies. The chapel can accommodate approximately 88 guests on its elegant wooden benches with the possibility to add extra seating to hold up to 130 guests. In the middle of the courtyard is a gazebo where wedding ceremonies of any faith, culture or religion can be held. Following the ceremony, the square can be transformed into an open-air venue to hold a reception. El Pueblito can entertain gatherings of up to 400 in banquet-style seating and 800 for a cocktail reception.
